RTP cover page (1)

The Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS) for San Joaquin County is an ambitious regional plan. As the region's comprehensive long-range transportation plan, the RTP/SCS serves as a guide for achieving balanced investment in all modes of transportation.

After two years of public discussion and technical work, the final Plan identifies a revenue forecast and a package of transportation investments that meet regional priorities for mobility and transportation needs in San Joaquin County through the year 2042.

The 2018 RTP/SCS was adopted on June 28, 2018.
